GET SOME REST!
Often, students’ sleep patterns worsen during exams because of anxiety or fatigue. Make sure to get some well-deserved rest DURING and AFTER your exams, and maintain a routine.
MAKE A SUMMER BUCKET LIST
Try to make a list of things to look forward to over summer! From a great list of novels to a holiday in the sun, these are great motivations to keep you going during challenging revision.
GO FOR A WALK
Many times, students keep themselves cooped up in their rooms, wanting to study as much as possible. It’s essential to get out of the house and get that vitamin D! (Although the weather here in the UK doesn’t give much of that...). Changing your environment can help clear your head and reduce stress.
A balanced diet has a ton of benefits to keep your mind and body in the right space. Keeping away from too much caffeine and sugar is a good start, as caffeine can make you jittery and anxious, and fast food can leave you feeling lethargic. Having a regular water intake is also super important, as it helps keep you hydrated and calm.
Regular exercise can reduce stress and promote a healthy sleeping pattern for students, which can help you perform better in your studying and exams!
